GENERAL
It is illegal to reproduce any of the products, designs or images displayed on TOKYOMADE. Stealing is just not cool! The ideas, designs, products and images belong solely to their legal owners.

TOKYOMADE uses PayPal to process all financial transactions. Therefore, we do not handle or store any of your credit card information. PayPal does not sell, trade or pass on your information to any outside parties. It is safe and secure.

All TOKYOMADE items are sold in US dollars.

It is your responsibility to confirm that all information you give to TOKYOMADE is useful and correct. Please ensure that the credit/debit information you supply to PayPal is your own and that your accounts have enough funds to cover the cost of the purchased items and their delivery. TOKYOMADE cannot ship items until funds have been cleared and confirmed.

The name TOKYOMADE was created using the first two letters of each of the founder’s names (MA+DE) and the company was created in Tokyo, Japan. However not all products on tokyomade.com are created in Tokyo. The bulk of TOKYOMADE items come from various designers and creators based in Japan. From time to time TOKYOMADE will sell items fashionable in Tokyo, but for various reasons are unable to be created in Japan.

DELIVERY
After TOKYOMADE has received full payment for the goods shipment will be made within two working days, unless otherwise stated. Most items will be shipped directly from our Tokyo office, however some precious and delicate items may be shipped directly from the producer.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the item. All shipping charges are calculated and shown when the purchase is being made and must be paid to complete the transaction.

CUSTOMS
All products will be shipped from Japan. TOKYOMADE can take no responsibility for extra customs taxes or surcharges that your country may place on the packages. Please understand that all charges of this nature will be your responsibility and cannot be foreseen by TOKYOMADE.

All TOKYOMADE items will be shipped using EMS Japan’s official postal service. Each item will be marked with its contents and valuation. TOKYOMADE will do everything in its power to ensure that your items are shipped safely and securely.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
TOKYOMADE will only accept returns of products purchased from our site if they are in perfect and original condition and within 14 days of purchase.
If the shipment sent to you is incorrect as a result of a TOKYOMADE error we will ensure that the error is corrected and costs are covered.

TOKYOMADE cannot accept returns or exchanges for socks, underwear, swimwear or earrings unless they are obviously faulty or have been misrepresented.

LIABILITY
TOKYOMADE works hard to ensure that all information we present to you is accurate and correct. We make no guarantee that it will be completely error free. We will however do our best to fix any errors as soon as we become aware of them.

TOKYOMADE reserves the right to change any of the information, photographs, prices, descriptions, that are presented to you, at any time without prior notice.

TOKYOMADE made does not accept any liability for any indirect or direct loss as a consequence of using this website or any of the products or services purchased from TOKYOMADE.

TOKYOMADE can only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total purchase price of any product or service sold on the TOKYOMADE site.
