Once your payment is confirmed we will ship your new and gorgeous TOKYOMADE products within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN
- Anywhere in Japan for the same flat rate
We ship your package via yu-pack, Japan's official postal service. Shipping to locations in Japan usually takes about 2-3 working day. You can also choose a delivery time. Let us know the most convenient delivery time for you.
- Tracking your order
You can track your TOKYOMADE order once it has been shipped. We will give you a tracking number. Simply go to the yu-pack website and enter your tracking number to see where your order is.
- Shipping cost within Japan ($6 USD)
No matter where you live or how much Tokyo style you buy, TOKYOMADE will charge you a flat fee of $6 USD to anywhere in Japan.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- From Tokyo to you
All TOKYOMADE products found in the online shop are shipped using Japan's official EMS postal service. Shipping usually takes between 3 and 7 working days to Europe, Australia, the US and some Asian destinations. If you need TOKYOMADE items shipped to other destinations it may take a little longer. You can use the very helpful EMS website to help you determine and approximate the delivery date .
-Tracking your order
You can track your TOKYOMADE orders once they have been shipped.
We will give you a tracking number. You can then go to the EMS website and enter your tracking no. to see where your order is.
- Shipping costs
All products sold on TOKYOMADE will be shipped using EMS. TOKYOMADE uses EMS's standard shipping rates. These rates will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process.
EMS shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your purchase and the destination of the shipment.
-Import duties and taxes
In the unlikely event that your order attracts import duties or taxes please be aware that it would be your responsibility to pay any additional charges. Delays and charges imposed by your country’s customs department cannot be foreseen and will not be covered by TOKYOMADE.
