If you have not received your order within 14 days of making payment, please check your delivery address is correct. You can confirm by checking the receipt emailed to you by PayPal.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong package or there is something missing, please email us immediately quoting your details and what when wrong. If we have made a mistake we will definitely fix it straight away.

Multiple Items

When two or more items are purchased from various creators on TokyoMade all products will be shipped in the one package. If one or more of your purchased items are made to order there may be a waiting period, this will be communicated in the product description.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is unclaimed within a certain time frame, dictated by your local post office, it is likely that the package will be sent back to TokyoMade. If this is the case we will happily resend the package, however extra shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 2 weeks if you have not received your package.

If a package is returned to us unclaimed we will contact you.

When each package is dispatched you will receive a tracking number, please use this number to track your purchases.
