We will accept returns or exchanges for most items within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email us at returns@tokyomade.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Please note: TOKYOMADE cannot process an exchange or refund for swimwear, socks, underwear or earrings unless obviously faulty upon receiving them or misrepresented.

Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.

If you are unhappy with the size of your purchase please contact us, we will be able to exchange the size for a better fit; unless the product was a one off item, vintage or currently out of stock.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and will be your responsibility, unless a TOKYMADE error was made. We also suggest for your own reassurance that you use a safe and secure shipping methods to return the products.

Please double check your shipping address. TOKYOMADE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Your refund will be processed in the same way you made payment. TOKYOMADE unfortunately does not have control of the length of time your refund will take. Please be patient, but please feel free to email us at any time should you be concerned about the process. We will do our best to make sure refunds are completed in a timely manner.
