For lots of people around the world today is a day to celebrate and show love. While we think it should be love and gratitude day everyday we are wishing you all a special love filled day on this year's Feb 14.
This day is also a special day for TM because we officially turn 2 today! Cause for celebration we think. With Masao and Tokyo and me in Sydney (just until April) we are rocking the global connection today, which is truly symbolic of the essence of Tokyo Made. We see it as a global community, sending huge thanks and loads of gratitude to you all for being amazing players in the global community. What an amazing 2 years it has been, thank you.
A huge part of the inspiration behind birthing Tokyo Made was to share the unique designs that we spot here in Japan with the rest of the world. When we get beautiful treasures in our inbox like the following from Naomi we know that the dream is a reality.

Dear Masao and Deanne,
I got my silver tsuru tabi boots yesterday morning and I have to say, they
are absolutely gorgeous when you see them up close in person rather than
in the pictures! I'm so happy that I went with the decision to buy them! I
was also worried about the size but they fit nice and comfortably on my
feet!^__^ I have to keep resisting on buying another pair now, haha!
Also, thanks for the cute extras that came with the order! I snapped the
TokyoMade button right on my bag and the sticker right on my binder to
represent you guy here! And the postcard message was such a nice touch!
Thank you guys very much for that! :D Now I really can't wait to wear my
tabis to school and I'll definitely let others know about your awesome
site! (As well as me keeping an eye on new Honmonoya tabi designs, hehe!)
