Haiku for You

i l i k e h a i k u s a n d i l i k e t h e s u m m e r

teasing your thick hair
stare at your worn tennis shoes
you and summer love

what a dreamy boy
stranger riding his road bike
maybe I'll follow

the dusky blue skies
remind me of how it was
sitting on your porch

tomorrows house show
beer breath and sticky bodies
guess i might join you

Thank you to Maya for this poetic brilliance. Evoking the emotions of Summer!
