The June CUTiE mag no.287 is void of it's usual cute brand clad giveaway but it does come with a special price mark down - ¥400 for this 20th anniversary edition.

This month's oshare (trendy) scoop is "mark with wide belt". A full page of Tokyo street snaps show off spring fashion ensembles marked with wide belts of every shade and texture.

The boy look is huge, always my personal favorite so I am simply drooling over these pages. Adore model Juri Ueno's short and long cut, not an easy look to pull off but she does it so devinely. Overalls feature heavily and are described as the "key to summer".

Vests and baggy pants, custom made one pieces and stand out accessories make up this summer's Mode Style. I absolutely must have that holter vest and those pants both are from the Ehyphen store on the 5th floor of Laforet, Harajuku (luckily just a quick bike ride away, so I know where I will be going this weekend!)
CUTiE suggests getting that 'celeb look' by doning stand-out tops. The model with the fab curly locks and larger than life sunnies is sporting a Betsey Johnson crop. Shorts are short, tops are short and yellow is the color for impact and beauty.

Channeling the rock chic, CUTiE is suggesting a one piece and short denim is the rockin' combo. The key items are a vintage rock tee, a chiffon flared mini, striped long top, studded belt, mesh high socks and open toe pumps - phew that is one mighty tricky combo.

Overall I find CUTiE's rock chic suggestions almost completely unwearable but I have to share my love of the Mickey nightie look with the glam eye mask in amoungst the piled high hair and I am quite partial to the rock top and leather mini.

Oh and just for your viewing pleasure...some CUTiE suggestions for this season's sweetest accessory and sunglasses. Pop is in, big frames remain and sweet treats to hang from your bits and pieces are a must!
